D&A Property Management - Goin’ Green!

Thanks to a tenant’s inquiry, Downer & Associates Property Management has implemented Waste Management’s recycling and trash pickup at our River Road property. This property is populated by a mix of light industrial businesses who use the warehouse and office space, and are perfect customers for recycling cardboard, office and mixed paper, fluorescent bulbs, batteries, glass and plastic. Waste Management has seen the necessity of removing recyclable material separately from trash, and has developed a program that is easy to install, and costs less than regular trash pickup.
